Instructions for Overseas Applicants

Overseas applicants have following options:

Option 1 -Submit the applications online on DHA Multan’s website by depositing the payment through debit/credit card

OR

Option 2 - Fill the online form, print it and make the payment (in cash only) in any branch of the banks mentioned on the form through their friends and family etc. After payment of application & booking fee in banks, send duly paid & stamped application to; DHA Villa Application Cell, DHA Multan, 01-Multan Public School Road, Multan OR P.O Box No. 12, Multan.

Instructions for Local Applicants

Local applicants have following options:

Option 1 -Submit the applications online on DHA Multan’s website by depositing the payment through debit/credit card

Option 2 -Fill the online form, print it and make the payment (in cash only) in any branch of the banks mentioned on the form. Local applicants can also obtain application forms from designated branches of Askari Bank Ltd., Bank Islami Pakistan, Faysal Bank Ltd., MCB Bank Ltd and Meezan Bank Ltd. After payment of application & booking fee in banks, send duly paid & stamped application to; DHA Villa Application Cell, DHA Multan, 01-Multan Public School Road, Multan OR P.O Box No. 12, Multan .

Incomplete applications or application on photocopy form will not be entertained.

Successful applicants will be required to deposit down-payment within 30 days of ballot.

After successful ballot of DHA Multan on31 May 2017, results have been uploaded on web pagehttp://dhamultan.org. However, for ease of candidates following instructions have been drafted:-

• Results of all category are uploaded on web page. You can easily find your result of each category after inserting your CNIC Number. System will check it in all categories and let you know.
• In case you receive invalid message, it is advised to try after some time as system is already processing required number of requests.
• In some cases successful candidates are asked to forward certain missing documents to“Director Transfer and Records, DHA Multan”. Please forward it without any delay, so that your documents are processed at the earliest.
• Following documents will be forwarded to you by TCS / DHL:-
  • Information letter(English and Urdu).
  • Membership and Undertaking Form (To be returned to DHA Multan after filling details).
  • Return Envelop.
  • Challan Forms.
  • Schedule of Payment.
• Last day of down payment, membership charges and miscellaneous charges is 15 July 2017. However, these charges can be paid earlier than15 Jul 2017on receipt of documents.
• ForOverseas Candidates,services of reputed firm sought to deliver required documents at your door steps. Please contact DHA Multan if you do not receive documents by5 July 2017.
• It is mandatory to write reference number on all copies of Challan form before depositing it in the prescribed banks.

1. Fill your application by submitting required data in 4 steps, along with your scanned documents.
2. Printable Application Form will be generated after successful submission of application.
3. Download and print the application, and submit the application along with processing fees to any of the following bank.

5. Confirmation SMS will be sent when application is successfully included in Balloting.
